Brew Cocky

Brew Cocky is another IPA I came up with that is brewed with loads and loads of Falconers Flight hops that just explode in your face.

Brewligans

The St. Louligans are a supporters group for Saint Louis FC of USL Pro, St. Louis Lions, Fire & Ice SC, and FC Bordo. They also enjoy beer. We like making beer. We made them a beer to enjoy. A small hoppy one, so they can enjoy more soccer.

Brown Ale

Grain-2row Munich, Victory, Chocolate, Special B, Hops-Hallertaur, Willamette, Kent Golding

Brown Ale

Smooth, malty, brown ale with a touch of sweetness.

Brunch Stout

We’re too lazy to wake up in time for breakfast stout, so we moved on to a brunch stout. Overflowing with coffee, chocolate, and fruit notes, this brew is a side of bacon away from starting your day off right…at the crack of noon.

Camaraderie Blood Orange IPA

Originally brewed as a collaboration with Odell Brewing Co. this IPA is brewed with Golden Promise, Munich and Crystal Malts, the backbone will balance the insane amount of hops used in the making of this brew. Then after fermentation was complete, we added 35 pounds of fresh, ripe blood oranges to enhance the already …

Capital City Kölsch

After sampling some KolschBier in Germany I found that my old recipe needed some tweaking. Kolsch is a great beer for those who enjoy light beers or American pilsners. The light and subtle flavors of Kolsch are similar and yet more complex than the typical joe six-pack beer. The lager like characteristics are achieved through …

Cappuccino Stout

We get some help from our friends/neighbors at Sebastopol’s Hardcore Coffee just up the road. The coffee beans are freshly ground when we drop them into the brew kettle and whirlpool, giving that deep coffee flavor without taking away from that even deeper beer flavor.

Carpe Brewem Baltic Porter Barrel Aged

Our brewers nick-named this one “black silk jammies”. Aptly so, we matured this strong, rich porter in Cabernet wine barrels to enhance its sweet and smooth roast character while adding dry oak and dark fruit notes from the barrels. Rich and silky smooth with flavors of grape jelly and plum jam finishing with a …

Carpe Brewem Chai Brown Ale

Aroma of fresh brewed chai tea, with mild spice flavor and caramel-roast finish paired with a creamy mouthfeel. Perfect for cooler nights. Contains nutmeg, a known allergy.

Carpe Brewem Czech Pilsner

Brewed with some of Germany’s best Pilsner malt and Czechoslovakia’s signature hop our this bright golden wonder is refreshingly simple and delicious. 36 IBU, 4.7% alc/vol – featuring Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner, Munich and CaraFoam malts and Czech Sazz hops

Carpe Brewem Imperial Mango IPA

Ripe with aromas of mango and tropical fruits followed by layered flavors of bright hop bitterness, warm alcohol and sweet mango that becomes stronger as it warms in your glass. Brewer’s NoteBy doubling up on the amount of hops used, the Imperial version of India Pale Ale was born. The Imperial I.P.A. style is …

Catherine III

When you grab a can of Cathrine III Russian Imperial Stout, you are daring to enter a complex beer world of epic proportions. The journey to bring you this beer was done on a road less traveled, which began by treating our brand new oak foeder with the flavors of Leopold Bros small batch …

Cave Torch

Fruited IPA with Mandarin Orange, generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Wakatu.

Cerveza Royale

This traditional Cerveza is a light bodied pilsner-style lager brewed with flaked corn and pale malted barley from Chile. Slightly sweet and modestly bitter with German Perle hops, this beer is insanely refreshing! Enjoy with or without a slice of lime… there’s no judgment here. O.G.: 11.6 degrees Plato; 10 IBU; 4.o% ABV.
