11 Point IPA
IPA - American
Named after one of Missouri's most scenic rivers, this deep amber ale proves to be a refreshing new brew to our line-up. This easy drinking IPA's caramel notes resonate well with the piney and floral hop aroma, smelling much like the pine trees and wildflowers you may find along the Eleven Point River.
Flor Blanca Mexican Lager
Lager - North American Adjunct
Mexican-style lager brewed with flaked corn and a touch of Flor Blanca Mexican sea salt. This beer begs to be drank with a lime to welcome in the warmer weather!
Sour - Gose
This very old style of ale originates from Goslar, Germany and almost went extinct until its recent resurgence in the craft beer industry. Brewed with wheat, pink Himalayan salt, and coriander, the Gose possesses a distinct sourness created by using Lactobacillus bacteria during our fermentation process.
Porter - Other
Ours is a robust Porter, meaning it has a higher ABV and a richer flavor than a typical Porter. The malt bill consists of dark roasted grains which gives it a bitter dark chocolate and coffee flavor that cannot be found in most porters.
