Der Bauer is a German-style interpretation of a traditional saison or farmhouse ale, brewed with 100% German malt and hops. It is a dry, crisp and effervescent hazy golden ale with rustic fermentation notes and citrus hop aromas from dry-hopping with Mandarina Bavaria.

This unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat ale -- different from an American wheat beer -- boasts a smooth, bread-like malt body, low bitterness, fruity banana esters, and spicy clove-like phenols.

A medium-bodied amber bock lager, Maibock's rich caramel and honey malt flavors come from double decoction mashing with 100% imported Pilsner and Vienna malt, while its moderate bitterness comes from all-imported Bavarian Perle hops. Its clean, silky-smooth finish comes from weeks of cold lagering with pure Bavarian Andechs lager yeast. Naturally carbonated.

In 1841, the City of Pilsen (Czech Republic) hired Bavarian Braumeister Joseph Grollto to brew a pale lager. This brew became known as "Pilsner" after its birthplace and is the most copied style in the world today. Because only beer brewed in Pilsen can be called Pilsner (i.e. Champagne only comes from the Champagne region of France), we call our beer "Pils." Our Pils is a true Northern German-style Pilsner, a pale lager bier with a clean malt character, assertive but delicate bitterness, spicy noble hop aroma, and a crisp, dry finish.
