Kettle soured Belgian Tripel with hints of strawberry and banana. We inoculated (sourced) this beer in the kettle for 48 hours before pitching with a house yeast strain to finish. A clean, tart character with a unique experimental hop that adds citrus, earthiness, and a hint of mint to round out this complex sour Belgian.

Our new summer seasonal delivers a delicious balance of sweet and tart! A wheat beer refreshed with pink-lemony essence, it’s neither a Radler nor a Shandy, but somewhere deliciously in-between. We use Lemondrop hops for aroma, real lemons for a fresh-squeezed citrus taste, and lemon zest for more.... zest! Enjoy this uniquely created summer slammin’ ale!

This smooth amber ale uses toasted hemp seed to create a nutty flavor in the finish that compliments the rye and hops (a botanical cousin to hemp). The wide assortment of flavors harmonize, creating a uniquely smooth and flavorful beer!

This crisp clean amber lager was designed around the perfect balanced flavor of malt, hops and yeast. Hints of toasty sweetness from the roasted Crystal malts, a clean crisp lager yeast and a hop blend that adds a balanced subtle spicy citrus note define this lager as the perfect “anytime” beer.
